Having spent so many days ‘out for another walk’ it is great to have found something to add a bit of interest on a weekend or for during the Easter Holidays whilst many attractions are still closed.

My 5 year old LOVES superheroes so we chose the superhero themed map and went out armed with our pen to find the treasures. He was really excited to be out exploring and once he understood what to look for he surprised me at how many he spotted! The best thing we found was how he wanted to then lead the walk and choose where to go next.
The map was bright and colourful and had so much detail. Some treasures were harder to find but with a bit of prompting from an adult he soon found them. We actually had a map for a very familiar area but it is also a great way to explore a new town or village with so many now available.
With themes such as dinosaurs, diggers, fairies and giants there is something for everyone. I would certainly say they are for age 5 and over but perhaps give your toddlers some paper of their own as mine wanted to be involved but her older brother was very protective of his map!

Once you finish your map (in one or more visits) your child moves up one rank in the Treasure Map Trails Academy, from Cadet to Captain to Explore to Adventurer and finally a Treasure Hunter Master, earning their very own certificate each time.
Each map is £5.99 which is a bargain as I can keep them busy with a map whilst I grab a drink and breakfast bap all for under a tenner!
