Top of Town Tots are a stay and play for parents with children 0-5 years are open Tuesday and Friday mornings 9.30 – 11am.
Top of Town Tots is run by a friendly group of volunteers, with excellent facilities; based at the parliament children’s Centre on Bisley Old road.
They have a large recently refurbished room, indoors there are crafts, and play dough as well as a home corner and soft area for newborns and young babies.
The stay and play baby & toddler group also have a fantastic outdoor area, where the children can play on ride on toys or in the play house and sand pit. There is also a large covered area, enabling outdoor play in all weathers.
Top of Town Tots encourage outdoor learning and some of the volunteers help the children to plant seeds, and sample fresh produce.
Hot drinks are provided to parents on arrival as well as a snack for children at 10.15, they also have a sing along at the end of each session. The group is free, but do appreciate donations. They often run special events during the summer, Halloween and Christmas.
