A welcome addition to Chobham and something the town is needing. The Mucky Cow Play Cafe is a space for little ones to have fun, parents to relax, meeting new friends and having that quality time together as a family!
The Mucky Cow Playcafe is a fun and friendly soft play cafe with a two level adventure play area for under 5’s.
Open daily from 9.30am till 4.30pm during the week with each session 1.5 hours, they’re only open at weekends for parties. There is also an on-site cafe where you can grab a much needed coffee and a slice of cake and from the seated area you can view the whole play area.
When you walk in you are greeted by a wonderfully decorated room, a cafe area, and a large seating area where you can sit back, relax and watch the children play independently on the climbing frame. There is also a selection of books and colouring in, if the children wish to take a break from playing.
The main feature to The Mucky Cow Play Cafe is the climbing frame itself which is a fully enclosed play frame for the children to explore. On the upper level there are soft play items to crawl on and over, and a bubble window they can peep through.
On this level is also the slide, a rope bridge and various zig zag levels. The bottom level has a light tunnel which they can look through, various soft play areas to climb around and farm animal rockers to sit and play on.
The playframe isn’t overly large but Isabella was confident enough to explore this on here own, and was easily accessible for a non confident walker too. Noah was straight in having fun and exploring, he loved the slide and the rope bridge. There was some cute additions of the soft play which included various farm shaped tools.
The Mucky Cow Play Cafe is a family run business and you certainly do get that family feel when you arrive. Everyone is so welcoming and the delicious treats give you that homely feeling too.
You can tell that they have thought about everything you may need or require in a soft play centre and they have covered this and more. The extra little touches really do make this a magical place to play and explore.
The on-site cafe serves a range of hot and cold refreshments, plus some delicious cakes and treats. So once the children have worked up an appetite playing then they can have a break with a yummy treat.
There was also a surprise visitor at the cafe today for the opening (we were pretty much the first through the door on the first day! They had arranged for Sparkleface Facepainting to come along and treat the children to a wonderful selection of face paints. Noah who is Marvel obsessed chose Spiderman and Isabella had a cute little unicorn. They were both very excited to get these done.
For parking there is actually a public car park located about a 2 minute walk away. The first hour is free of charge but you can pay for additional time which is at a reasonable price.
We are very excited about coming back to play, the location is perfect and something the town has been lacking in. After your visit there are various boutique shops located on the high street and also places to grab a bite to eat.
