Would you like to step into an enchanted magical fairytale? If yes, then we would highly recommend a visit to meet the rescue ponies at My Little Unicorn. The forest is full of twinkling lights, colours, fairies and endless amounts of fun.
You are able to meet some of the gorgeous rescue ponies, learn all about their stories and how they ended up in this magical rescue heaven. Plus you will also be able to brush them, plait their hair and make a huge fuss over them. Isabella absolutely loved meeting the ponies, she was in her element chatting away, giving lots of strokes and making them all clean and soft.
Have a stroll around the magical forest and spot where all the fairies live. Scattered throughout the forest were lots of fairy houses, twinkling lights, beautiful sculptures and everything which would capture a child’s imagination and believe that everything they see is real.
Having an opportunity to sit down and relax for a delicious coffee is always top of my list, and here you can just do that. Children can let off some steam in the play area, explore the numerous play houses, have fun in the outdoor games and be in heaven at the dressing up room. There is rows upon rows of beautiful dresses, hats, coats and lots of sparkly accessories too.
The big highlight for Isabella was an actual pony ride. If your children are anything like mine then they will constantly be asking for a pony. Today Isabella couldn’t stop smiling, she was taken on a lovely walk with Merlin. She proudly walked off into the woods for her own little adventure, and when she came back she was so excited and couldn’t stop talking about it.
A couple of years ago we actually brought two guinea pigs from here (Bluey and Peppa) and it was lovely to be able to meet all the guinea pigs again. You are able to enter Guinea pig heaven – beautiful wendy houses, plenty of toys to explore and lots of Guinea pigs who you are able to have lots of cuddles with.
Whilst walking through the magical forest we came ppon Mr McGregors Greenhouse. We were able to pick a special bulb and plant it in the magical forest. Isabella loved the thought of seeing what had grown on our next visit. Such a cute little activity – but added to the magic of the experience.
This is truly a magical place for children (and adults), we had an amazing time here, everything felt so special and magical. It was lovely to see Isabella getting lost into the magic of the enchanted woods and enjoying all her surroundings. So much thought has gone into My Little Unicorn, and we can’t wait to come back and experience the other amazing a activities they have on offer.
