The Lexicon and Bracknell Forest Council have teamed up to host a number of activities in the town centre to mark the historic occasion of The Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III.  The Coronation Celebrations in Bracknell, taking place on Saturday May 6 and Sunday May 7 2023, aim to bring the community together for a weekend of fun, entertainment and community spirit.

To start the celebratory weekend, on Saturday, visitors are invited to Bond Square to watch the Coronation ceremony on a live screen from 11am, followed by an afternoon of live music and dance until 7pm.

There will be free facepainting, opportunity to enjoy a glass of pimms or if you prefer strawberries and cream and throughout the day, visitors will be entertained by a fabulous line-up of performers, hosted by local musical impresario Richard Whennell.
